Assisted Living Program
The Assisted Living Program at Good Shepherd Fairview Home at Binghamton
offers a variety of services to seniors who need daily assistance but generally
do not require daily skilled services. The Assisted Living Program provides
24-hour care and supervision, including assistance with dressing, personal
hygiene, bathing, mobility, and assistance with incontinence management,
all within an environment made to feel like home. Nursing and therapy services
will be arranged for individual needs. Services also include medication
supervision, laundry, housekeeping, three meals a day, transportation,
and case management.
There is a country kitchen in the core area of the floor. It is stocked with snacks and drinks, and these are available 24 hours a day.
As a resident in the Assisted Living Program you will enjoy the privacy of your own private room and bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. Residents may choose to bring their own furniture or rooms can be furnished by the Home.
